Q: How do I create an account?
A: We take care of everything for you. There is no need to manually create an account on brightanimals.com/ae. We automatically create an account for you upon placing your first order. Your account is linked to the phone number you provide during checkout. To redeem your rewards just use the login link sent to you upon delivery of your first order.
Q: How to get discounts
A: We have several special offers and discounts available and if it’s your first order, you can get a 15% minimum discount on any product. Our team is constantly repricing our items to offer you the best deals on the internet.
Q: How can I redeem my cashback?
A: You just need to be logged in and place an order of 120 AED or more in your cart. The cashback will be automatically applied to your order. There is no need to calculate points, as 1 point = 1 AED. Your cashback will be credited starting from your first eligible order.
Q: How do I log in?
A: After each order is delivered, we send you an email with a link that includes your cashback credit and a direct login link. You can simply click on this link to log in to your account. There’s no need for a password or username. It’s that easy and convenient!
Q: What are the available delivery options?
A: We offer several delivery options for customers in the UAE. We offer Next-Day Express Delivery for all over the UAE before 2 p.m., Same Day Priority Delivery for most Emirates before 1 p.m., and 4 Hours Urgent Delivery for Dubai before 5 p.m. For orders above 120 AED, we offer priority delivery free of charge.
