Delivery Options
When you enter your address during the checkout, the system will show you the available delivery methods depending on your area and when you place your order.
- Next Day – Express Delivery (All Over the UAE for orders made before 2pm)
- Same Day – Priority Delivery ( For most Emirates for orders made before 1pm)
- 5 Hours* – Urgent Delivery (Within Dubai City limits before 5pm)
- Remote regions delivery – Twice per week on Thursdays and Sundays
*Urgent orders placed outside serviced area will be automatically sent as same day order. Please check the Coverage Area map below for confirmation.
And here’s some great news for our customers! For orders above 120 AED, we offer priority shipping free of charge! This means that your order will be delivered by next day if placed before 2pm. Express and urgent deliveries are automatically discounted by 15 AED, so you can get your pet supplies even faster.

Unattended Delivery Terms and Conditions
If you instruct us or our designated courier to leave your package at an Unattended location (such as your front door, porch, or with a concierge) without obtaining a signature, you are providing us with an ‘Authority to Leave’.
By selecting this option, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Delivery is deemed complete and the package is considered legally delivered at the moment it is left at the designated location.
- Upon being left at the designated location, the full title to the goods and the entire risk of loss, damage, theft, or deterioration immediately transfers to you.
- You are deemed to have accepted the order in its good condition at the time of drop-off.
- We and our courier partners are released from all liability for any loss, damage, theft, or deterioration of the package and its contents from that point forward. You waive any right to make a claim, file a dispute, initiate a chargeback, or seek a refund or replacement for any issues arising after the Unattended Delivery has been made.

Remote areas in Fujairah include Al Manama, Siji, Wadi Eesfai Village, Asimah, Taween, Wadi Mai, Friday Market, Thoban, Thouban, Wadi Saham, Habsab, Wadi Al Sidr, and Wadi Siji.
Remote area in Umm Al Quwain is Falaj Al Mualla.
