Thank you for joining the Bright Animals Rewards program. Below are the terms and conditions governing the loyalty program.
General Rules
- Those terms and conditions applicable to the Bright Animals Loyalty Program (BALP) are an integral part of the Brightanimals.com website General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Refunds Policy.
- At Bright Animals, by Bright Votex LLC we aim to provide our customers with exclusive services and rewards, Our Bright Animals Loyalty Program (BALP) is designed in such a way to provide our customers with variable rewards and offers that will be modified periodically from time to time at our discretion.
- You should consult the current active offer and the Commercial Conditions as published on this page (top) and which constitute an integral part of BALP terms and conditions. Only Those conditions active at the time of completion of a purchasing order will be applicable to that given order.
- Eligibility: All Brightanimals.com customers within the United Arab Emirates are eligible to participate in the BALP, provided that they are of legal age to provide their consent and enter into commercial transactions. As specified in our general terms and conditions, Brightanimals.com and the Loyalty Program are intended for adults aged 18yrs and above.
- Enrollment: Our Program features a user friendly enrollment system, that allows you upon making your first purchase to be automatically enrolled in the program and have your personal account created automatically. We do not ask for, or save any personal information except for the needs of the execution of the order(s) placed. Bright Animals will not use such data for any other purpose nor make it available to any third party.
- Changes to the Program: We reserve the right to modify this Loyalty Agreement at any time and in our sole discretion, as well as any terms and conditions of the Program. These modifications are applicable as of the effective date and take effect right away without the need of any prior notification. We may modify amongst other conditions; the number of Rewards earned, the type and/or value of Rewards, their availability, their general offerings, their expiration, any fee or increase in fee associated with the Program or the Rewards. No rights are granted to you by your ongoing participation in the Program or your acceptance of the rewards. Your continuous participation in the program constitutes your acceptance of the revised and modified terms and conditions.
- Severability: In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms and conditions, such event shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
- Indemnification: By participating in our loyalty program, you agree that Bright Animals by Bright Vortex LLC, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential including legal fees, or punitive damages arising out of or related to program participation, rewards, or any other aspect of the program.
- Termination of the Program: We may choose to terminate this program at any time and with or without any reason whatsoever. In the event that the Program is terminated, we will provide you a timely notice which will include the date after which you will no longer be able to earn or benefit from any of the rewards previously granted.
- Prohibited Use of the Program: In the event of fraud, abuse of the Program, or a breach of this Loyalty Rewards Agreement, BA has the unrestricted, unilateral right to prevent you from earning rewards or from continuing to participate in the Program.
Earning Rewards
- Qualifying Purchases: The Commercial conditions on top of this page, define which online purchases currently qualify for rewards or cash-back. Include details on the types of products or services that are eligible, any exclusions or restrictions, and whether there are different cash-back rates or rewards applicable for different types of purchases.
- Rewards Expiration: Your BA loyalty rewards do not expire as long as you continue using your Bright Animals account on our website and apps. however, as specified in the Changes to the Program clause, Bright Animals reserve the right to modify any and all conditions relative to the Loyalty Program, Should there be any modification related to the expiry of the rewards and cash-back, you will receive a timely notice including the date at which each type of reward will expire or after which you will no longer be able to make use of the rewards already granted.
- Discrepancies: In case you believe there is a discrepancy in the rewards earned or the cashback value credited you must notify us as soon as you become aware of the possibility. In the event that an adjustment to your rewards total or cashback balance is necessary due to the fact that you received a Reward that you were not otherwise entitled to, you agree that you owe us the value of such excess redemption and that we have the right in our sole discretion to reduce the balance, and or accordingly, withhold any subsequent points and/or rewards until the correct adjusted value is reached.
- Rewards and Balance modifications: Your Rewards balance may occasionally be modified by BA based on your purchase activities. In the event of a price change, a return of a product, or a mistake in the amount of a reward that we distributed, we may reduce your Rewards balance. A negative Rewards balance may be corrected by deducting future Rewards, which could reduce the actual amount of Rewards provided at a given time.
- Cash-Back Rewards: The BALP provides amongst other rewards when applicable, Cash-back granted upon confirmation of the completion of an order containing qualifying purchases. An order is deemed complete when delivered and accepted by the customer, Your account is then immediately credited with the applicable cash-back amount. In case you make use of your right of withdrawal within the legal period or if for any other legitimate reason, you would be issued a refund, the applicable terms in the BA refunds policy shall apply, on the total or partial refund of an order.
Security of Login Information
- Protecting the security of your login information is crucial for the safety of your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials, including usernames, passwords, auto-login links, and OTP (One-Time Password) codes.
- Do not share your login information with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
- Bright Animals, by Bright Vortex LLC shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login information secure.
- If you suspect any unauthorized use, compromise, or disclosure of your login information, immediately notify Bright Animals’ customer support for assistance.
